If I could give no stars I would. They not an accredited business in no shape or form. They won't cover anything. When we reached out to ask why and get details they wouldn't provide any information. Even after we told them they are legally obligated to provide this information to their customers. Bottom line DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS "COMPANY".

Buyer Beware! DO NOT purchase a warranty from this company. I purchased a Level 4 contract througth a dealer with the expectation that money would be paid out for routine services, as well as all other major components of the vehicle. I have NEVER once been able to use their services. Most shops i have gone to have never heard of this company. Vehicle has been in the shop since the second week of Sept. First diagnosis was the turbo. After several delays, Endurance asked if I would accept a used turbo and it would be covered by the warranty I agreed. It took over a week for the turbo to arrive at the repair facility. Further inspection revealed it was a bad valve issue and the motor would have to be rebuilt/replaced. Now the "Endurance Train" has come to a complete stop. I bought a car last year in November 2023, I had purchased a car warranty from ENDURANCE DEALER SERVICES for $2,611.00 (APO0314884) through the car dealership Napleton's ******************** CDJR which has an expiration date of 11/26, expiration Odometer ******* , this month(OCTOBER 2024) less than a year I cancelled the warranty, they only refunded me $1,056.60 even though I never made any claims neither exceeding the mileage on the contract, it is a total rip off, they wrote down cancellation factor ******%, I called Endur... read more
I have repeated requested in phone calls to Endurance Dealer Services to CEASE and REMOVE my elderly mother from their mailing/advertising list as it is VERY confusing to her. When I called today, and they wanted me to provide the Finder Code, which I did, in the correspondence received. Then they wanted me to confirm my mother year, make, and model of her vehicle and I refused. Do not choose Endurance! I am 6 days out and my car is still in the repair shop. Endurance’s review committee is unacceptable in their turnaround time to provide contact to service provider.
Ive been getting letters several times a week telling me that there is either a problem with my ****** ************************ Plan or that the price is going up. When I call the dealer, I am told this is a scam but there is nothing they can do about it since this information is somehow public. PREDITORS!!!! I receive a similar letter from Endurance Dealer Services almost monthly for several years. I have sent them back requesting to be taken off of the mailing list. I have NEVER APPLIED TO OR CALLED THIS COMPANY! The last letter read as such: "Dear --------, We have just been advised there will be a Price Increase to our Extended Vehicle Serve Plans effective ----.
