Received a card in the mail with someone else's name at our address. Went to the post office who informed me to call Endurance. Called and the representative promptly apologized and said she is removing the Record ID number that was on the card from their system.

Endurance takes a chance that you wont have a claim and use you as an ATM. Had a warranty and told endurance all about my car. I was told Id be covered. First claim and they said it wasnt covered. I told them to pull my call, they wouldnt. After I got the BBB involved they pulled my call and then said my tires were too small and now thats why the claim was denied. They were going to keep collecting my money like an atm until an issue they offer your money back. So what if I never had a claim?? They would just keep it. This c... read more

I sold the car that I had under one of their policy's. The person I spoke with said he was sending me a form to send in, in order to get a refund. Well it was not only to get a refund but, it was also to cancel the policy with ***** ( their billing company) it looks like, because I was still getting bills from them. I have a warranty for sensors, gaskets, battery, endurance refuses to reimburse, me,for paying the cost to repair my vehicle, even though I dont have a copy of the warranty, I want them to reimburse me the money for the repairs of my vehicle

I called after receiving a marketing piece asking me to call to buy a warranty. Legally if they are asked to remove you they are obliged to do so. She told me there is no such marketing list which is bull puckey. She danced around the fact that they draw names from a list and would not agree to take me off it. Don't do business with them...they'll rip you off eventually.

My state obviously sells our personal information to predatory businesses like these, and I've called to ask that my information be permanently deleted from their files. It has obviously not happened because a month later I am still receiving mail at my residence from this business trying to sell me bs vehicle services.

They sent me a letter about keeping my rates for their service low, as they were going up soon. I needed to sign back up to keep my same rate. I havent driven in 20 years because of seizures. I have never had service with this company, ever!

After paying for my extended warranty coverage for a little more than 3 years now I finally needed to put in a claim. I purchased a 5 year, ****** mile policy back in November of 2022. I did pay a little extra for the advice plan. Because of that I did get a little help with my oil change the first year. The Advantage plan only gave me that for the first year so I have no complaints about that. However, I have now paid my plan in full for $5,400.01 as of this past December. This company is a scam. They run multiple similar scams from ****************. You can find them all on BBB: ********************, **********************************, list goes on probably. Should be called **************. The people behind these tactics are absolute scum of the earth, preying on others who don't know better. Shame on you.
