Received a card in the mail with someone else's name at our address. Went to the post office who informed me to call Endurance. Called and the representative promptly apologized and said she is removing the Record ID number that was on the card from their system.

I am filing this complaint because I believe I was misled regarding the coverage provided under my Endurance vehicle service contract.When I purchased the coverage, I was told that it provided bumper-to-bumper protection and that transmission failures would be covered regardless of the cause. I received very aggressive marketing letters in the mail with my name, vehicle information, a "finder code", and a BBB Accredited Business badge from Endurance implying I would lose warranty coverage on my vehicle by a certain date if I didn't agree to a higher price. My complaint with Endurance warranty services. I purchased a **** f150 2019 . March of 24 I purchased a supreme package with endurance to extended warranty a package which included everything. According to their advertisement, everything is included take your vehicle anywhere get your vehicle fixed with $100 deductible. Youre out the door.. they neglect to tell you that not everyone takes their insurance so therefore you cannot take it to your dealer if you want to unless your dealership accepts their warranty services that ... read more

I did not authorize th auto warranty account, I want ** this account cancelled , but Endurance repeatedly ignored my request for cancellation. Line 5 a business that sells auto warranty and uses Endurance as a collection agent. I requested a no call or attempt to resale this product to me in the future by any other name or company associated with Endurance Dealer or Line 5 LLC.

Received letter regarding a car I never owned. Tried calling them at number listed in BBB. Was on hold over 13 minutes. I cant imagine ever doing business with this company sending trash to my house and not answering their phone.

Had work on my car denied by Endurance because I had changed oil in my car on 7/3/25. even though I had a copy of the receipt, a duplicate copy, and recorded on Carfax. They said that's not good enough.I have every receipt for all the work done on my car going back to 2020. The way they word their contract highly favors then not the customer, make sure you cross your t and dot your i because if you don't they will find any excuse to deny your claim.Better off using a different provider.VERY DISAPPOINTED

This company is a complete scam. Be aware!! They send mail saying I have a *************** Plan have a plan with them, which is definitely not the case. Not now. Never in the past. And definitely never in the future.

The Endurance ************ company has been aggressively harassing us since purchasing a car two years ago to sell an extended warranty we dont want or need. The are now reacting out to family members. The email, text, call and send actual letters. Not sure how they obtain vehicle information but it is illegal per FTC to harass the public. Weve filled formal report at the ***. .
