**** and ***** were very helpful setting up our extended warranty on our vehicle.
The sign up process and terms were thoroughly and explained and all questions were answered completely. The representative I worked with was very knowledgeable and very professional. All follow-up documents were sent promptly. I have zero criticisms.
Getting all the necessary information on all the great benefits and services was the main focus, however the care and respect I received from from my customer ********************** representative ****** gave that little extra that says I matter to the company, and that I am not just a policy Thank you Endurance for allowing such a great person explain everything to me!!...

Endurance made the process of selecting them easy by excellence of customer ********************** I just started my claim with them today after being stranded on the side of the road with flashing check engine light they also told me since Im more than 100miles from home they can cover hotel and food cost for me up to 5 days while my car is being fixed which was a blessing being Im 4 hours from home in a new state with no friends or family close by to get me to my house above and beyond service by them I highly recommend an... read more
