I've been having a problem with my auto pay with Endurance, so I called to get this resolved.The first ***** I spoke to was very nice (I was not), and I didn't quite understand what she was telling me, so she connected me to *****, who was so very kind and helped me thru the entire situation.I haven't had any claims, but I will continue to be a loyal customer

When I decided to buy warranties for our vehicles, I asked our mechanic. He started by telling me which one to avoid: the one with the snarky blonde actress touting low premiums, frequently seen on TV. He then gave me several options but Endurance was his top choice.Weve had the coverage for three years and weve had several repairs. Endurance covered them all.
