Program, work outs and price okay. Problem developed after I had cancelled my subscription. I was then charged for an additional 3 months of service, even though they had accepted my cancellation. When I asked for a refund, I was sent to the hard sale division that offered me anything but a refund. Only after I informed them that I would cancel by having my credit card provider block payment, did I they assure me a refund. Not the best experience that I had expected.

My experience was ok, I kept the plan for almost 9 months. ***** to submit claims twice. They cover many items just not what I and my mechanic thought they should. A company called route 66 does cover those items. Decided next time to go with them or another ********** does take them 6-8 weeks to refund some money. They said a check was mailed to me April 15, 2026. I will verify once or if it happens
