My 3 stars are in reference mainly to the representatives. I personally believe in having insurance coverage on most things. I was originally with ********* with another vehicle. The warranty was ok but the recommended service shops were the issue. So when I purchased an older cash vehicle I tried Endurance. I encounter some vehicle issues a few months after and had a bad experience with the service shop. Called with correct miles and she was very polite and took care of my issue.
I called an Endurance representative (*******) because I had concerns about a noise I heard when my car was in reverse. ******* was very courteous, helpful, and patient. I asked him about seven questions, each time he did research to find the answers. He never made me feel as if I was an inconvenience or taking too much of his time. I really appreciate quality customer **********************. Thank you, *******. I will do another review when I go through the process of getting my car fixed using the Endurance Warranty.
Today I spoke with representative Izzy who was able to answer my questions and address my concerns. He was Professional and very knowledgeable. I called to see why my only claim I submitted was denied. He was the only one who actually explain why.
AWESOME CUSTOMER **********************!!! He was very polite and very informative. I appreciated his willingness to help us in keeping and maintaining our warranty. Great personality as well!!
The account Manager did a good job helping me with the main purpose of my call and the secondary purpose. I believe the endurance sales process is such that a contract cannot be sent to a buyer to review prior to committing and paying the initial costs. Of course they emphasize the 30 day review period during which the contract can be read and cancelled with a full refund.
I called customer ********************** for a copy of my policy that I had lost. Mrs. ****** ****** was very professional and knowledgeable about Endurance. She listened to my concerns and provided me with copy of my policy, repair shops near me that accept Endurance and the final payment date and expiration date of my policy. I have complaints about Endurance customer **********************.
Easy and great customer ********************** . Payments are very affordable and comfortable in knowing that I am covered
Im so glad that Endurance mgt. Karakin Fernanday was there to assist be 5 minutes ago after reading my contract I was about to cancel and she said things that made sense to me . Very thankful for her support .
