I have had Endurance for several years. They have paid two claims on two separate vehicles with no problem. I will say on the second claim, I was surprised that I had to pay for a rental and be reimbursed when on the first claim, the dealership had an Enterprise car rental that allowed me to pick up the vehicle once the service was approved and they billed Endurance after. I was skeptical about extended warranties after seeing mixed reviews online, but my experience with Endurance has been excellent. I purchased a plan for my 2015 Kia ***** and within 6 months, my transmission failed. I was doubtful as to whether Endurance was the real deal, I halfway thought that I was going to be given a run around if I ever made a claim. Well, the time came around for a claim for nearly $2000 on my electrical system. Endurance didn't give me a run around, they paid the claim at a shop of my choice. They are a good deal and a very good company.
I have had the most pleasant and pleasure in speaking to the sale representative and the customer ********************** representative for a company that I wound do business with in the foresee future.
