Energy Roofing just completed my new roof and I couldn't be more pleased. Jacob Stafford was my salesman and he was very thorough in explaining the whole process. The crew that came to my house was lead by Mr. Lupe and they were kind and professional and did a great job in a timely manner. Ed then came and did a follow up walkabout to make sure everything was completed right. He was very personable. It's my first new roof experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
A piece of metal coping was dislodged by high winds at the Amelia Island Museum of History creating a safety hazard. I contacted Energy Roofing and a technician (Jacob) was sent within three hours to make the necessary repairs. This is a highly responsive company that values customer service. Our organization is grateful for the speedy response and quality of the repairs.
Jacob Stafford was my contact person for the contract, and he was great. He answered all of my questions and always got back to me right away whenever I reached out to him. He went over everything step by step and didn't push me to pay for things I didn't need. Ed was my contact person for the field work, and he was great as well. My roof looks amazing.
