Today I was chewed out in front a very busy lobby for telling the vet she just missed my dogs serious ear infection. The vet refused to come talk to me at first, then when she did, told me that if I had thought my dog had an ear infection I should have let her know. I had to remind her that this was my third visit there in week. The first was due to his infection. Which was also on his mouth, but they never wrote down he had an ear infection. I was shocked when I showed up to pick up my dog and the bill was over $300!! Terrible customer service. They do not communicate prices at all. We will definitely not be back.

My dog was sick and not doing well at all. I called and they immediately made room for me to bring him in. They watched over him so I could still go to work. My dog was still a little sick that night and I called hoping to get someone and I did. An after hours doctor called me back very quickly and told me not worry to let his meds work. They called to check on my dog the next day and since he wasn’t doing so hot had me bring him back in. They kept him again while I was at work and started a more aggressive treatment plan.
