Enrico was recommended to us by a co-worker, and we had a great experience working with him. He is very knowledgeable and responsive, and we could ask him anything about the loan process. Even though the process of buying a house right now in Seattle is very unpleasant, Enrico made it a lot less painful. Enrico was absolutely wonderful to work with! Throughout the entire process he patiently answered my questions in record speed. I worked with him over the course of several months while looking to purchase my first home. He was extremely knowledgeable and I truly felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Enrico and his staff were amazingly attentive! Whenever a rate quote was warranted we received multiple option scenarios (with and with out buy-downs, etc.) giving us everything we needed to make the decision which was best for us. Enrico is extremely knowledgable, patient, thorough, and communicative. We have bought two homes through him and would and do recommend him to everybody.I had so many questions during the process and he and his assistant Marcie were always there to help me and never got frustrated with my questions.
