Dr. Martinez is a wonderful physician. He is knowledgeable, professional and caring. We credit him with saving my husband's life. He cares about his patients and is willing to go the extra mile to see that they have the best care available.

Dr. Martinez is THE Atlanta expert on hepatitis. On top of current research on ALL liver diseases. I come prepared with background research, so he spends A LOT of time discussing the science of my liver. Thinks/talks fast, not warm/fuzzy. Emails within hours, truly brilliant at medicine. Incredible integrity, wants best for client even if less money (turned down offers to do concierge medicine). Office too large/inefficient, his assistant not quick. He is worth long wait for appointment/booking!
Very personable and professional. Listens to my inputs and provides appropriate feedback. Extremely thorough on his examination and avoids duplicate testings.
WORST PLACE TO RECEIVE TREATMENT FOR DIGESTIVE HEALTH
Dr. Martinez administrative staff are unprofessional and unorganized. I have been his patient for about 3 years and I have accepted the problems because I like Dr. Martinez. I selected him after much research to treat my PBC. This last round of mistakes, being cut off after holding for 10 minutes, calling back, holding again, and then being transferred to the wrong extension by an uncaring person has been too much. I was a patient for 7 years seeing him twice a year. I had what would've been a fatal incident occur and he wouldnt return ER doctors calls nor have anyone cover for him. I had to find a new liver transplant specialist immediately to survive.
Your scheduling department needs work. My appointment has been rescheduled by your practice three times. I feel I'm not important enough. Going to find a different doctor. Office staff is kind of the first impression people get from your practice.
