Mark took care of some maintenance issues I had. He replaced a light fixture in my kitchen my pantry door needed to be fixed. He was very professional and so was the EPM staff when I called in about my maintenance issues. I love the whole staff.

Great experience, I haven't had this type of experience in a very long time. Where you are treated as the customer. Wow. He came in found the problem, told us what he was doing did just that, and completely finished the job to where we had air. Wow again. Thank you for helping us in our time of need.

This is the 2nd year I've rented with EPM and my 1st years experience has been nothing short of incredible, from maintenance to any other problem that needed attention was acknowledged and tended to in a timely manner with constant email, text or phone communication between EPM and us tenants, Thanks for what you do.

I've been using EPM to manage my income property for many years. Aaron, Lindsey and the rest of the team have been fantastic to work with. I live out of state so it's very important that I have a management company that I can trust and that will get the job done. They have aways found excellent tenants and are great about coordinating repairs. They also have an owner web portal that makes getting information fast and easy. If you are looking for a very good property management company, I highly recommend EPM.
