Aplus Care Solutions has been partnering with Enterprise Property Management for over 10 years. Their service is excellent, friendly, and professional every time we contact them. We have over 10 homes with Enterprise. Every time we need a home the scheduling to view the home is immaculate and the communication to obtain the homes is given immediately. I signed a lease with EPM on 2/13/24 and from that point on, my experience has been filled with frustration and disappointment. I have lived at multiple properties around Memphis over the last 6 years and this has definitely been the absolute worst experience. I understand that properties will have issues, but I was told by multiple repairmen who had worked on this unit before that EPM was aware of multiple issues when the last tenant checked out, including the fact that the fridge did not work. My wife and I have been renting from EPM since 2015 and have absolutely LOVED the experience! We tend to very much take ownership and make suggestions for improving the property, and while not all are agreed to, they DO listen and are very responsive when we have an an issue. The staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra distance to help.

I used EPM services for 23 years to manage my rental property. They were always prompt and efficient. Email inquiries were topically answered within a few hours. I was confident over the years that my property was well managed.
