I just had the worse experience dealing with this particular Enterprise ( Eastern Ave)! I donot recommend anyone going there to rent anything from them. The customer service was absolutely horrible and Shane is a terrible employee. He should be fired for the way he treated a loyal customer. If it wasn't for Drew the manager being able to assist me , the situation could've been far worse. I donot intend on ever coming back ! Thanks Drew. Shane , what goes around comes around.
