This crook of a company is refusing to cancel my account even though I am no longer under contract. They asked me to send a written mail to them to cancel so I did and now they are claiming they never received it! This is a gym not a super important medical thing for you to require me to jump through all these hoops! It is my money and I no longer want to go to your gym! Smelly and filthy place...People at front desk are unfriendly and if we ask something, such as turn on or off air, they show that they do not want to do it on their faces. Steps and weights are sweaty and old. Wish there will be other gyms to have competition so that they will improve their service, equipment, and facility.
Stay away from this place - cancellation process is a nightmare, facilities are not well maintained, overcrowded, smells bad, rude staff.. I could go on and on so do yourself a favor and take your business else where, this place is for suckers.
Save your money and go elsewhere. They make it NEARLY impossible to cancel the subscriptions and when you finally escape, it costs an arm and a leg. It's not worth the hassle AT ALL. I'd tell everyone I meet to NEVER go here. Don't be fooled by the $10/month scheme/scam.
I really like ep fitness especially this one .. It's not located on a busy street and their is an older crowd ambiance. people Are generally friendly and keep to themselves. Restrooms are always clean and so is the main floor. staff is friendly and always addresses any concerns you voice to them. I frequently travel to El Paso and go to EP Fitness to work out for the time I am in town. It seems that the quality has changed since the last summer I was here. The daily rate for non members has gone up. Actually, I'm not sure that this is a fact since I got different price quotes from different employees...one of which was rude and hardly gave me the time of day to answer my questions. I am a fairly new member of this gym and have a huge problem with this place already. First of all, I have never been to a gym that does not offer paper towels or gives out cotton towels that are for your own personal use. They make you share towels that have been out all day, when you grab a moist towel, you are wiping the sweat of every other person who sweated before you. Doesn't anyone think this is gross?
