I like the site, but it can be hard to find what you want when so much is presented; and check out is easier on other sites.

I love the pricing for Epic Sports... It really helps the soccer teams that I coach. I went from ordering through a couple different stores in the area to doing everything through Epic Sports. The only downside is the turn around on embroidery. I have considered ordering and taking the things that I order to a local place to do the embroidery but I want the team to keep the same style. wish you had offered some sort of first time customer code when i chatted with the "bot" but at the point i had my cart already i have so many things on my list (the second week of school i really didnt care) I ended up putting shirts for the cheer squad on my personal credit card which i will probably not be reimbursed for. I just wanted the students to have shirts for the pep rally.

The selection and pricing are excellent, and the site is easy to use. I was not able to verify if the size was appropriate, so there is a bit of a guess involved.

I think the online shopping experience was fine. However, when calling in to verify information, sales was not very helpful. This delayed my purchase by a day until I went on the manufacturer's website to find out more information.
