“Whole experience was pleasant” Whole experience was pleasant. Was ordering materials for church use. Would have liked to have been able to use tax-free status to avoid sales tax. Church secretary filled out form with info and gave it to me; however, did not have any way to convert to a pdf. System would not take a photograph (i.e. jpg or png). Thus we paid taxes.
