It was great
I had a fairly large order. Ordering online was easy. although It took 3 tries to make a successful payment, we finally got it to accept payment. I would have liked to get free shipping with my order since it was large.
I'm establishing a track uniform for a summer team and have purchased items from Epic before with good quality. I'm a retired high school coach and know quality material.
We ordered the girls razorback shirts for sand soccer. Fit true to size for all of the team. Excellent choice for us (even ordered a few for the Mom's). We did a heat press on them with no issues at all. LOVE them. Back to order a few more today!

As a middle school athletic director I appreciate a couple of things 1) the quality of your items and the pricing 2) Your ability to deliver on time...that is a big plus...

It was good all around.The shipping rates are a little extreme if you pick something other than standard. And the standard time is kind of ridiculous to make you want to purchase the other rates but too extreme of price to even consider. So you end up having to wait which is a really a big downside and makes you want to look elsewhere which I have.
My daughter is a high school softball coach. She is expecting her first baby this year. I was happy to find the pink coaching bucket so my little granddaughter can have her own coaching bucket when she gets big enough to sit beside her mom.
