“Two things standout” Two things standout. First, Epic should be able to remember my credit card number when i log into my account. Second, there should be some ‘free shipping ‘ options available.
“I asked 2 cancel within a couple hrs” I asked 2 cancel within a couple hrs. No reply. After I RECEIVED it, I was contacted by customer service to say, sorry but shipped.

“I ordered size womens small” I ordered size womens small. There were options for womens small, medium, large, etc. When I received my items, they were huge. The actual size of the item is small/medium. Had I known this was how these pants were sized, I wouldnt have bought them. Experience has shown me that mixed sizing doesnt ever fit my daughter right. They are good quality pants at a reasonable price, but my daughter wont fit into them for a few more years if ever. For me, these softball pants were a waste if money.
