This is my second order. Everything was easy. On my first order everything went through ok but then I got a call that they were out of stock. Why would you let order go through if you were out of stock. Thought that was odd... Substitute item was more expensive but came in time...

I recently purchased 18 hats for my softball team. I was in a time crunch and needed them asap. So I was searching for the best pricing via google all day, Epic Sports was by far the cheapest I could find. So, I decided to purchase from them, I added the hats to my cart and ordered them with Rush Shipping. I wish there was a "preview" button. So I could have looked at what the hat looked like with the embroidering I picked out. You guys have tons of good reviews and leaving my faith in that.
All the information was very clear and easy....but the pages looked too busy, maybe spread out the info in an easier smooth look. But least all the info was there high and dry.
