“The website could be alot more user friendly” The website could be alot more user friendly. It's tough to navigate between items without starting all over. Invest in a better site and get quicker delivery. I would honestly buy so much more
“Not exactly impressed w/shipping date” Not exactly impressed w/shipping date - when placing order items "said" would ship 1-2 business days then "check out" says 7+ days w/increasing prices. I also had to order 4 x's before it actually placed order (Hope I have only 1 order coming!)

“Site is great, search works well but category shopping...” Site is great, search works well but category shopping is not very intuitive... also a shipping estimate based on zip code (without having to enter all my personal information) would be a boon -- lots of your competitors charge EXORBITANT shipping costs, having to enter all my info just to get an estimate of shipping almost made me pass you by -- glad I didn't!
“Normally I would be contacted but EpicSports if there...” Normally I would be contacted but EpicSports if there was an issue with a product that I ordered. I contacted them after five days and did not receive a shipping or status update. The customer service rep seemed irritated that I called and asked about my order. I ended up picking the item up at the post office a day after it was expected for delivery. I hope that this is an exception to their normally outstanding customer service.

“It is fine” It is fine. When selecting numbering the shirt's color should show to be more correct on what the actual thing would look like with the number. Shipping is showen as 1-2 days yet it will take over 15 days ):
“The product was great as expected” The product was great as expected. My only concern is I never know if an item can be used for screen printing until receive it and look at the label. It would be great to know which products are ideal for screen printing and which are not recommended before I purchase. Thanks
