Not sure of the lady's name I spoke with first,but if you keep track of CS calls about a particular order, you can look up my order # and find out who it was. She has no business being a CS rep.

“Excited about products until I got to shipping” Excited about products until I got to shipping. Ordering March 19 and delivery date of may1!! Hire some people.... I almost didn't order because of time lag, a month and half is crazy. Luckily he doesn't need this stuff this year.

I ordered one white and one stealth colored pull over, but received two stealth. As soon as I noticed the issue, I sent an email. Epic is working on making it right but it has been a week and the issue isn't fully resolved. I love buying from Epic and hope this gets handled so I can again give 5 star ratings.

Customer service wait times are more than 30 mins. if I didn't need this poncho i would not shop on this website
