We have been very satisfied thus far with Epic. The prices are phenomenal and have helped our upstart travel team stay on a budget but look amazing.
I am concerned that if the product I ordered doesn't meet my needs, that I will not have a good experience trying to return/exchange it. Most reviews I read were positive, but the negative ones were very negative and had to do with terrible customer service. We will wait and see.....
