The shipping was disappointing. Both cost and time of delivery.
Shipping is to high most places offer free shipping. Next time I will go to a place with free shipping
Have used them for several team purchases. Always good prices and service. I wish their printing services were more flexible and customizable.
My only question is, I read free shipping but, at check out you guys didn't have that specific option.

Excellent prices compared to other merchants. Will likely order again. Only issue was that I found coupon codes online (20% off sitewide, another for free shipping, etc.) but wasn't able to enter any during checkout.

Only problem I had was I emailed yall needing some help on putting my company name on my hat. never got a response. then I called a few times but was always put on hold and no one ever answered. only reason I did buy was because they cheaper. Now I have to find someone local to me to put my companys name on it
