My disappointment is in the fact that your ad shows free shipping and when placing the order, shipping charges are added to the order. I felt this was deceiving. I am also placing a second order for a gift also and will have to pay freight again
Shipping is to expensive.

Unfortunately, although the prices, especially on close out items are great, the shipping prices are often more than the items themselves. I am paying $3.99 to ship items that cost less than 3 dollars. If shipping were included in the costs of the items, then it would seem more suitable, as the cost of the item would be the cost total for the item.
Would like to see better shipping on orders. It's for my football team made up of underprivileged youth from the inner-city. WE make several orders per season,so any discounts we could receive would be outstanding!

Need sports organization options in your survey. Don't understand the shipping calculations at all. Ordering experience is very easy and I like the team order ability to see what is in stock. Sometimes hard to find items and inconsistent in search results. Very good product information but not always consistent but better than anyone else.
