I do not understand why if I buy 4 or more shirts, the shipping goes up.

this is only my second order. The first order was only one item and it was too small but it was the size I ordered but I was happy with the short time it took to deliver and the condition.
Speed of shipping prior to adding to cart was very misleading. It indicated that the Palin shirts shipped in 2-3 days and when I got to the shipping options the estimated delivery for economy shipping was more than 2 weeks out. I understand that you have to pay a little more for quicker shipping but it shouldn't cost more than 2 times the cost of the product.
I was disappointing that you did not have somewhere to put any promo codes for a percentage off or free shipping.
