“For non imprinted items, I wish I could get guaranteed...” For non imprinted items, I wish I could get guaranteed delivery, when paying extra for a certain delivery date. It would be nice if you stated what company will deliver at that extra cost, then it is on the delivery company to make that happen. Paying extra, but with not guarantee, is a little outdated. Delivery services can make that guarantee, so you should be able to honor that, on non imprinted items,
