“I like shopping on your site but I don't like that...” I like shopping on your site but I don't like that there is such a fluctuation with shipping options and charges. I can't rely on getting the same price from order to order. This makes it difficult when giving estimates to repeat customers.

“This past Spring we ordered the clearance price softball...” This past Spring we ordered the clearance price softball pants, which were priced so low that the shipping was more expensive than the pants, because we 'super rushed' the order. No problem there, but 20-25 of the girls needed to exchange pants on an order for 71 girls. Eight extra pants were ordered just in case, and despite that, our league still had to put in a second order to properly size a dozen or so remaining ill-fitted girls. “The youth small was very large in under armor shirt” The youth small was very large in under armor shirt. It was the same size as youth large of a different brand. We made it work but seems like that was off.
