Overall I have been pleased with each purchase from Epic. But customer service has been poor when I have tried to deal with them on anything out of the ordinary. Something as simple as ordering samples for team uniforms made me not purchase from Epic this club season, so they lost uniform orders 3 club volleyball teams.

Found coupon code online. Spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to apply it. Ended up having to call and speak with Cust Serv only to find out that Epic doesn't do coupons. It was "spam" and I had to deal. A bummer as it effected bottom line and price quoted to players families.
