I was very disappointed to see that I had to pay shipping charge on a purchase of over $550.00. The price of the item was a good price, after I shopped around. But I do have free shipping on Amazon Prime and another sporting good site was offering free shipping on over $99.00. I do work for a shipping company so I know the ins and outs of these things.

The sizing for the Liberty socks is misleading. The largest size is listed first, then small then medium. With the number not coordinating with shoe sizes, I suggest the order be in small to large. I had to return an order due to this.
I have an account with Epic, I tried to change my e-mail address in my account and could not. It became frustrating....
I would like to be able to find product reviews such as how it fits or if it runs small. I have never found a coupon or discount
The product was received but stain. Not sure why I would have received an order not brand new. It appears to item was sold used.
Epic was wonderful!!! Items were shipped even earlier than I expected. The problem for us was with UPS. We paid rush on everything, rush printing, rush delivery. UPS claimed they couldn't find my address and didn't deliver. I had to drive almost 45 minutes away to pick up my package the day after they were supposed to deliver it. I had to talk with several customer service and supervisors and still had to retrieve my own package! We are not upset with Epic, just UPS.
