Had one prior miscommunication issue, but the personnel at Epic were courteous and informed me of my misinterpretation of multiple delivery options and the unavailability of all stated items on product lists due to manufacturer delays/inventory management requirements. Due to Manufacture's delay, order came in 2 separate deliveries. This was not an Internal Inventory issue with Epic.
I would have like to see the lettering on the color shirt and hat we ordered
