“Good Stuff” I ordered 3 items and all were as expected except one. It is fine though, just not what I expected. The prices are amazing and the delivery was quick. I would and will recommend Epic sports to all my umpire friends, the little league I umpire for and all the team manager's. Good stuff!

“I didn't think it could get worse....I was wrong” I sent the original 2 pair back, then received two more with the same tags, same size. The girl I spoke with at Epic said she had spoken to the warehouse manager and they were checking into the problem. Long story short, I received a 3rd set with the same tags and was told that the measurements were right, but the tags were wrong. “ORDER DISPOSITION” WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER USING EPIC SPORTS AS MY VENDOR FOR THE FIRST TIME, I WAS WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE COMMUNICATION TRACKING MY ORDER AND SHIPMENT DATE, ETC. WHAT I DIDN'T REALIZE, WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVED, IT WAS SHORT TWO ITEMS. WHEN I CALLED TO DISCUSS MY ORDER , CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID TWO ITEMS WERE ON BACK ORDER. “Off brands do not fit as stated.” Bought three items. One was a Holloway which fit just fine. One item was a Badger, and even though they claimed to be the same size as the Holloway, it did not fit and was much shorter. I guess you get what you pay for. Will never order another Badger item!
