I did not like that the shipping charges changed when I selected a different color item to put in the cart. The cost went up $2.

Customer was a nightmare, had me on hold for about 30 minutes before someone was available. Then put me back on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up the phone

Good deals. Shipping is expensive and many times you find out items are backordered AFTER they are ordered. My challenge/issue with EPIC SPORTS is that at times the product descriptions are incomplete/confusing/misleading. And unfortunately the return policy is a bit heavy-handed as well.
