If a purchase is made over 50.00 no shipping should be charged. Was not happy with this.
I thought the shipping cost was high and almost ordered from Amazon to avoid this. However, because I could personalize, I chose epic sports. If I didn't want the personalization though, I definitely would have shopped from amazon for 2 day shipping instead of 10. A shipped discount code would have helped.
You need to add free shipping if you spend a certain amount. I am a big online shopper and I hate to pay for shipping. For that reason I will not be making another purchase unless it is mandatory like the bag was. The only reason I purchased was because this was a bag for my dau for her cheer team and we had to purchase this specific one.
