It is the second of September and you promise economy delivery by September 24th. Seriously??? In this day of quick online delivery for reasonable rates, this catches me by surprise. I understand if there were embroidery services involved, but this is a straight fill the box and slap a label on it purchase.

“horrible customer service and SLOW SHIPPING” expensive shipping and THEN they hold your entire order if one item is not in stock- but they don't tell you that, they simply change your ship date, THEN tell you that they din't know if you can take that ONE item off that is holding up the entire order that you need IMMEDIATELY! Super rude and unhelpful on the phone., I suppose that's what you should expect with the really low pricing. It's been over a week and they just changed my date to another two weeks out. SOOO upsetting
