The PA and her assistant gave great advise on skincare matters while being caring and concern. However, the front line person was very rude and condescending black female with braided hair. She repeatedly told me about the balance on my account without accommodating us for my daughter (Kaydence) appointment which was mysterious ly not on the schedule.
