Horrible experience, do not waste your time here, they somehow got the wrong phone number for me, I would try to contact the office (multiple times), leave messages with a return call phone number, no return calls, finally called the KC office and got ahold of someone. Never a manager available to discuss the issue, unable to login to the portal bc the never updated my information that I provided. Overall the worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider.

Everything about my experience was good. The facility was beautiful. The music was peppy and uplifting. The front desk, nurse, and doctor were all great. I really appreciated how warm the doctor was. She explained things really well and didn’t make me feel stupid. I was having a hard day and it was genuinely better by the time I left.

The staff overall was fantastic. We showed up for my young daughters appointment during my sons nap time and the staff was helpful, caring, quick and SO great with my daughter. She was at ease and comfortable. I also had so much offered help to get out that door with both kids. I was very impressed!

Highly recommend! Carolyn was knowledgeable, professional & very personable. It was a great to be able to schedule an appointment to be seen within a reasonable amount of time. The staff is professional & caring as well.

This place will not send you a bill. They send an email one day prior to”your authorized ach debit”that you know nothing about. You call them to discuss this and the person who answers says they will notify billing to not take out the withdrawal but then they go ahead and take it out anyway . Very unprofessional. I will never go back and will never recommend anyone to them.
