I realize my review will not show anywhere, but wanted someone to know about my first visit with the PA Alyson Cook. She was supposed to freeze 5 spots on my face. On the 5th spot, she said and I quote, "This is Locked" pertaining to the instrument she was using. I came home with the same spots on my face that have not changed a bit. I was charged $166 for nothing. I am very disappointed in the practice and will not recommend it to anyone especially the PA. She knew she didn't complete the procedure.
I went to have a few spots frozen on my face, which I have had done many times before. After all but 1 was done, Allyson Cook said,"This thing is locked " I did not feel the feeling I usually get. The spots she supposedly froze look exactly like they did when I went in. I had to pay $166. For a botched procedure. I am very disappointed in Epiphany. I'm sure she knew the procedure wasn't done, but said nothing. Rip off.
We had a 9:00 AM appointment. We finally saw the doctor at 10:05 AM. Not right!

Appointment was at 12:45. Sat in the waiting room until 1:15 before I was taken to exam room. Was another 15 minutes before the doctor saw me and then exam took less than 5 minutes.
Felt dismissed and not heard. Left feeling discouraged, with no results or direction.

Dr. McCrary was very thin his exam.
Dr Rodger is great. I stay at the practice for her and dr Bryan. The billing process is horrible and needs to be fixed or you will lose patients.
