I cannot believe how poorly I was treated during my appointment. I came in with questions about spots on my skin that I’ve had on and off for years, and fingernail changes. I expressed to the medical assistant that I was looking for answers about inflammatory joint pain I’ve had, and hoping to have these spots evaluated to see if they were psoriasis. The providers are excellent. They take their time with you. They know how to put you at ease and they listen to your concerns. The front desk staff on the other hand needs a lot of work. They seem to not want to do their jobs, they don’t listen, and are dismissive of issues their system causes.
I have been on a certain prescription from Dr Tom Boyson, for years and years. It works great. Today, Bianca would only prescribe half the dose, because Dr Boyson retired.

Bianca was very informative. She let me know what she was doing, what she was going to do, and what to expect.
Everything was quick and easy, from scheduling my appointment to having a couple minor procedures done. Dr. Thompson is personable and competent.
You all do great. Jenna is so sweet and Bianca is wonderful. The efficiency of this office is above and beyond any other medical facility that I visit. Always on time, always thorough, and the staff always makes me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend Epiphany to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
I give both gals that worked on me an A plus.
