Dr Vin is always very thorough and her treatment explanations are very easy to understand. She has fantastic rapport with her patients which is why I choose to drive over 45 minutes for my appointments. The front personnel and medical support staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcome.

I did the virtual appointment for the first time and checked into the portal and meeting 5 minutes early, waited 15 minutes, 10 past when my appointment was supposed to be without any communication from staff as to what was supposed to happen. Ended up calling the service to ask. The appointment checked me in 20 minutes later. Doctor is nice. The check out person at the front desk who calls herself Manager is rude and arrogant.
Super long wait. People who arrived after me were seen before me. I was there over an hour and saw the dr for less the. 10 minutes.
