Everything was professional and upbeat at the time. Frankie was very personable, she explained every procedure she was doing and potential reactions that could have occurred. Very pleased with the service and accommodations that was provided.

Check in went well. Sometimes you can stand there waiting for awhile. Same for checking out. Don't know why they've combined check in and out but its not good for the patients. I had Sandra Morris and I thought she did a great full body scan. Including my head. She removed a cyst from under my arm last year. That's why I asked for her this time
