Dr. Clay was wonderful—very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. She took the time to listen to our questions and concerns and made sure we clearly understood all the information she provided. My daughter is excited to begin her clear-skin journey.
I’m a new patient and Dr. Tiffany Ramsey and the staff I interacted with at Epiphany Dermatology provided me with excellent care and customer service. From the check-in, being seen by Dr. Ramsey (without feeling rushed or hurried), and checking out, my time in their office was less than 30 minutes which I absolutely loved! Excellent team from check in to check out. Everyone is so helpful and caring. Dr. Ling is a star making sure I'm in control of my care. He works with me to find affordable solutions.
Caroline Giustra, PA was excellent, as she consistently is each year I visit. Evaluation of one's skin can be awkward, but she balances her kindness with her professionalism to put patients at ease. Check in with (I believe?) Carter was excellent; quick, efficient, and friendly. Caroline's medical assistant was also pleasant. Clean facility too and a good experience that encourages me to come back each year.
I went in nervous. It had been several years since my last scan. I decided to try out a new place, Epiphany. From the moment I got to the check-in at the front I was greeted by smiling faces and great attitudes that took a lot of stress off. The assistant was also very friendly and made great conversation and I can’t say enough about my Dr., Caroline. She was professional, informative and made for a great overall experience. I have found my permanent practice!
