I didn’t really feel like I was heard. My provider spent very little time with me.
I had a problem that I felt needed immediate attention, called at 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning, explained my concern and the person answering worked me into a cancelled time two hours later. Everyone involved in my visit and biopsy were very caring and concerned. They made me feel that they wanted to take care of me.
