Doctor Mark Ling is an exceptional doctor with exceptional knowledge in his field. He cares about his patients and always listening and addresses all concerns. I am very fortunate to have been under his care. My psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are under control and well into healing the scars and my finger nails and toe nails are also healing.
