The staff was warm and courteous. PA Frankie was excellent. She eased my concerns about the seriousness of my medical conditions, and is a perfect example for patient doctor interaction. . Which is a lost art today.. she is a true professional.

Appointment was at 10am, arrived 20 minutes early: called right back. Addressed all issues/questions I had about spots on skin. Froze a few spots and I was out the door.
