Review of Epiphany Dermatology – Newnan, GA Location (Dr. Clay-Ramsey) I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding our recent experience at the Newnan, GA office with Dr. Clay. My special needs young adult daughter had an appointment scheduled for early morning, 7:10 a.m. We were up at 4:30 a.m. to prepare for this visit. Upon arrival, we were informed that the office does not accept Medicaid. While that was frustrating, it was not a deal breaker. Docto Elizabeth is amazing, she knows her job and always looking for better options. She’s kinds and professional . The only problem I really didn’t like was the front desk wanted to charge me 95 dollars when it’s a follow up appointment, I had been paying always for this kind of appointment 18 dollars. The check in girl was very talkative about how they were closed the day before for the ice but MOHS was open for emergency surgeries but the people with acne that just didn’t like the way they looked could wait. Unnecessary, unprofessional talk. We love Caroline although she was almost an hour behind.
