Today didn’t go so good. The wife had an appointment scheduled right after mine and between the receptionist and the assistant taking people to the appropriate rooms they skipped right over her. She was in the same room as myself. So they said she was a no show.
I was contacted at 9am to come to the office outside of my appointment time. I agreed to come in early and rearranged my schedule. After checking in, it took the provider over an hour to see me, despite the provider, Dr. Sadina, being the one who contacted me to come in early. While I understand that waits occur due to providers being behind with patients I don't expect to be contacted to come in early and then being forced to wait. I have a good relationship with my “birthday buddy” Krista. However, your corporate created communication set up really sucks!!! I have never been able to call whichever local clinic I am trying to reach AND yesterday I also tried the “press 9” for a text chat link. After almost a day and a half I am still waiting for a response to the question I texted through the chat link I was provided. :-(
First off, when I set my appt I was explicit with what I needed. The female double checked and said no problem. I needed an FBE, the removal of a Pilar cyst on my head and I have a spot in my nose that my esthetician was worried about. Easy enough. Good to go. Now, the Dr that came in was very polite, I will say that. After that it was if as if my concerns meant nothing. He couldn’t take out the cyst ( it’s pretty small).
