Doctor is great. Office staff can be rude, cut you off mid-sentence, and do not follow through on what they say they'll do.

I’m a huge fan of the care providers, but the technical side of things was a nightmare. Epiphany had an address and phone number on file that was 8 years old - despite me being seen there multiple times per year since then. I waited almost an hour for Epiphany to get the info right, and the receptionist acted like all of this was somehow my fault. I miss Flatirons Dermatology - much better patient care and kindness!
The vibe was not a welcoming practice, to start the location is on a old refresh home that smelled like sewage while you enter , the parking across has a very odd message written on the fence , what it was the most uncomfortable of all was that the doctor had a “ chaperon” to seat during the examination , I never was asked ii was okay for her to seat on it while I was examined for cancer spots, found that very weird , the doctors was nice but i felt not friendly across the board .
