All the people were very nice and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like, was having to use the I-pad for all the information you requested.

Our experience was excellent. We were welcomed by the receptionist very cordially. The nurse came on time and listened attentively to what we had to tell her. The doctor listened and treated us with respect. He gave us confidence in all he told us. He did a couple of procedures and we had no pain.
