I arrived 15 min before my appointment but was not taken back until 30 minutes after the time. The doctor didn't tell me what he was removing, he just did it. I still don't know what he removed. A little more information would have been good.
Was not scheduled appropriately and doctor was in a huge rush, rude and dismissive when any questions were asked. It’s so frustrating to be trying to get correct medical advice and only be left with Google for answers after having wasted 2 hours driving for an appt here.
Ashley was not very personable, seemed to be in a hurry and when I asked a question, she said I’d need to make another appointment. I was disappointed and will not be back.

Wait time was a little long especially with the sign at the window saying if I was 15 min late, my appt would be cancelled and then I had to wait 30 min past my appt and then longer in the check up room. Other than that Dr Cantazaro was great along with his asst
The medical person which treated me seemed rushed.
Long wait in exam room
Felt completely dismissed about my concerns with reoccurring hives that started one week after surgery. She barely looked at my skin and spent maybe a total of 5 minutes with me. My prior appointment a year ago was the exact opposite and was surprised. I’ve never had any skin issues or sensitivity (allergies) prior to my surgery so my concerns are valid. .
Long time patient of practice. Will be looking for another dermatologist for next year. NP or PA was in and out of the room within 60 seconds. How can a full skin assessment be completed that fast? The answer is it cannot especially with my skin tone being high risk for skin cancer.

I was contacted by epiphany to change my 12p appointment to 11:45. I waited 1 hour until I was seen by allison cook. This is unacceptable. There was no apology. I'm very dissatisfied with epiphany dermatology.
