Raven was not at all knowledgeable regarding demodex. She had not diagnosed this condition before. Implied she did not have the tools to administer a skin scale. This was not helpful at all. She advised ivermectin twice daily for six weeks.

Waited an hour past my appointment time I understand things happen to throw off the schedule,but how about a "sorry we are behind schedule and we will be with you as soon as possible" Then in exam room I again waited almost 15 minutes to doc. When he arrived, it was like a whirling dervish arrived . When he looked at why I was there, he said "Medicare doesn't care about that".I said I do - end of conversation. Front desk women were not friendly or professional .and they were very slow. At one point there were 7 people waiting at the front desk and these two were in no rush. I like Dr Rodger and feel good about my visit with her.
Excellent doctor who took time to discuss with me
Exceptional service. Staff were extremely kind. The doctor took time to explain each step they were doing and why.
