I was running late but was able to see Katie. The receptionist was wonderful, warm, and welcoming. Katie’s nurse was the same, nice smile very warm. She asked good question about my concerns and repeated what I said to make sure she had it right. This was my first time seeing Katie. I was very impressed with her calm, fact based information, and explanations. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Great experience! I did the online check in before I went to my appointment so there was no paperwork to sign or copies to make. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Dr. Robson is kind and professional.
