Your upfront staff is always friendly and welcoming. I wish I could say the same about the nurse, she was rude. Was not pleasant at all and seemed very much like she disliked her job. Luckily, the doctor we see is always super sweet and so willing to answer any questions. It was also very disappointing that the same nurse forgot to call the Rx into the pharmacy, when we arrived 1.5 hours later to pick up. I had to call the office back and it had already closed at 1pm.
