I felt very unheard as a patient and was not even given time to address all my health concerns. The appointment was more about the younger student associate that was learning than the patient. I left the appointment thinking what a waste of time. When I did try to speak I was spoken over by the doctor and felt like a number not a person. Not sure I will ever see dermatologist again. Very disappointed. Wore mask, talked low and gave me same cream as my doctor. I am hard of hearing, will not go back, also hard place to find, will not go back. For me it was a waiste of time
My provider and her nurse were excellent unfortunately that was hard to acknowledge after the gossiping and unprofessional loudness and conduct of the receptionists. For me personally, I don’t know that I will return as I don’t want to be the topic of conversation the second I leave the office.
