All the staff are wonderful and Dr. Anest was incredibly efficient, explained everything and answered questions comprehensively. Clarita (not sure if I got that right) was lovely and took time to warn ahead of each poke and burn that was coming. The only reason this wasn’t a five star review was the long wait time but I do understand the clinic is still getting fully up to speed.

The appointment was very rushed. I had to work hard to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. I was handed a paper with a number of recommended products but without explicit written instructions as to what the particular products were for.

Both my husband and daughter used this money hungry “Dr office”. All they are interested in is making you perform like cattle. Appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes. No time to chat with your “Dr” and give them the information they need to treat your condition. Then, after collecting co-pays that are not needed and billing insurance, if you don’t pay online IMMEDIATELY, they start sending reminders that you have a balance. Money hungry practice. I met with two physician assistants and they asked if I wanted a shot to treat my skin rash; I said yes assuming they were going to give me a one time shot in the office. I asked if there would be any reaction. They didn’t give me an answer. Apparently the Doctors office did not have the shot available so they notified Walmart. Walmart notified me that my prescription was ready. Well it was for several shots, not just a one time shot. I became totally confused. I therefore canceled everything.
