All the staff are wonderful and Dr. Anest was incredibly efficient, explained everything and answered questions comprehensively. Clarita (not sure if I got that right) was lovely and took time to warn ahead of each poke and burn that was coming. The only reason this wasn’t a five star review was the long wait time but I do understand the clinic is still getting fully up to speed.
