The Mesquite location for Epiphany is a horrible location. Dr. Tang Lee was awesome for the time being but nothing could overcome the consistent and horrible attitudes and service of his front office, specifically Vanessa C. and Melody, the office manager. They never do as the doctor instructs, they have poor communication and follow up skills. I had a great experience at Epiphany Dermatology with Dr. Edgar Rodriguez! There was little wait time, and the service was quick and efficient. Dr. Rodriguez came into the room immediately after I was taken to the exam room. He is very knowledgeable, goes straight to the point, and is attentive and caring. He answers all of your questions without rushing. The clinic is very clean. For your information, they also accept Medicaid. Highly recommend!
I have seen Dr Mia since 2022 when she found a squamous cell cancer on my hand. Treatment was thorough. I have followed up since for her to check for other spots. The office staff are always friendly. I have never waited long to be ssen. I'm recommend them to anyone and any level-of skin care
If you’re a cash-pay patient, please read this. I came here for a simple keloid steroid injection and was shocked by the pricing. They charge a mandatory $100 fee just to be seen by the doctor, and that fee does not go toward any treatment. On top of that, the two small keloid injections cost another $200. I am so impressed with the professionalism and efficient of the staff. Dr. Rodriguez is the best. He is very thorough, listens to patient concerns, shows care and concern and has great bedside manners.
